Ballantines 21 Years is creamy and has got a nutty influence coming from the oak cask that differentiates it from ballantines 17yo. Sweeter on the palate with a more intense spiciness than B30. It features a rich, honey-sweet with hints of apple and floral aromas on the nose. Taste: Smooth, rich liquorice and aromatic spice flavours with traces of heather and smoke. Satin smooth body.
